I do hereby give Photography by Silver Image, Inc. and Cristie Reddehase [henceforth known as “photographers”] his or her assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, and heirs the irrevocable right to use my name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait, film, video or photograph in all forms and all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations (including but not limited to editing, composite or distorted representations or derivative works made in any medium) for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s)/ video(s) or finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s)/ video(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Photographers, his or her assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, and heirs from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical allusion or use in composite from whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of photographs/videos, or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product, unless it can be shown that they and the publication thereof were maliciously caused, produced and published solely for the purpose of subjecting me to ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and indignity. I agree that the Photographers own the copyright in these photographs/videos and I hereby waive any claims I may have based on any usage of the photographs or works derived there from, including but not limited to claims for either invasion of privacy or libel. I am of full age and competent to sign this release. I agree that this release shall be binding on me, my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns. I understand that images created by the photographer are copyrighted and reproductions by me (the subject/client) of any kind pertaining to these images are punishable by law. I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.

I agree to follow Silver Image Photography on all social media platforms (twitter, facebook, pinterest, instagram, youtube). I will retweet, repost and share any advertising and marketing pertinent to senior portraits.
Session Deadline

I agree and understand that I need to complete my senior session before October 30th, 2023.
Session Fee/Retainer Fee
*
I agree and understand that I will pay my session fee upfront to hold my session date and time. The session fee is for the photographers time and includes a $150 photo credit to use towards my portrait order. This $250 (plus tax) retainer fee is non-refundable.
Hair and Makeup Fee

I agree and understand that I will be paying the makeup artist $150 on the day of my session for services rendered.
Hair and Makeup Cancellation Fee

I agree and understand and agree that I will be paying the makeup artist a $75 cancellation fee if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours.
Program Requirements
